See Your Backyard is a product of Deep End Marketing ("Deep End", "we"). This policy covers this website and the portal pool builders use. Homeowners who use a builder's concept rendering tool should read the privacy policy on that builder's page, because the builder is responsible for their information and Deep End handles it on the builder's behalf.
What we collect
- From pool builders who use the portal: names, email addresses and logins of the builder's team, business details such as company name, phone, license number, prices, photos and logos, and settings.
- Messages builders type into the portal's help chat, and the answers.
- From anyone who visits this website: basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type, browser, pages visited and times, kept in server logs so the site works and stays secure.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics services. Signing in to the portal uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
How we use it
- To run the portal and each builder's concept rendering tool, and to support builders.
- To send account emails, such as invitations, password resets, new lead alerts and monthly reports.
- To keep the service secure and free of abuse, and to improve it.
We do not sell personal information.
Homeowner information we handle for builders
When a homeowner uses a builder's tool, Deep End stores and processes their photos, choices and contact details for that builder, following the builder's instructions. We use it only to provide the service to that builder. We do not use one builder's homeowners to market to anyone, and we do not share them with other builders.
Companies that run the service with us
- Website hosting: Vercel.
- Database, logins and file storage: Supabase.
- Concept renderings and survey reading: Google's artificial intelligence image service.
- The portal's help chat: Anthropic's artificial intelligence service.
- Email delivery: Resend.
- Each builder's own customer relationship software, when the builder connects it.
They use information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people's rights or safety, or with a new owner if Deep End or this product is sold or merged.
How long we keep it
We keep builder account information while the account is open. After an account closes, we delete or return its information within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing john@deependmarketing.com. We will answer within a reasonable time, and within any time limit your state's law sets. Homeowners' requests about a builder's tool are passed to that builder.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections. Each builder's login sees only that builder's information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
